If buyer has to request to change the delivery address.

Broken or Defective Item
We check all our items before sending out, if you received an broken item or missing item, please kindly keep all the package material, take photos , Video then send to us within 30 days.
We ONLY accept those cases reported and provided photos to us within 30 days.
We will help you claim damage or lost from courier company or the supplier
However ,the courier company will take about 14~28 days to investigate the case.
So, Please be patience to wait for the result.
Buyer has to bear the cost for returning it back.
